Le Chambard is a family-run establishment in the typical Alsatian village of Kaysersberg, which has been welcoming travelers for over a century. Following the creative lead of our Chef Olivier Nasti, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, and in order to offer a range of dishes that is as close as possible to the needs of our customers, we seek to respect the tradition of the place while infusing an innovative and dynamic vision.
