In Alsace, La Winstub is a convivial place where people meet over a glass of wine and a home-cooked dish. Charming, rustic and welcoming, La Winstub takes its cues from traditional Alsatian inns with its gingham fabrics, rough-hewn wooden tables, carved chairs, traditional decorative objects, and large table settings.

La Winstub restaurant in Kaysersberg is a condensed version of Alsace and a true haven for those who enjoy hearty, local cuisine.  

At La Winstub restaurant of Le Chambard, savour traditional cuisine that celebrates Alsace’s iconic ingredients, including snails, foie gras, zander, pike, pork, veal, lamb, charcuterie, Munster cheese, plums, asparagus, and more.  
A multitude of flavours skilfully orchestrated in dishes featuring a purely Alsatian score, that have been given a contemporary twist by Chef Olivier Nasti.  

With a specials menu that changes daily, the Chef showcases the rich variety of game found in the Kaysersberg hunting grounds, just twenty minutes from Le Chambard. As a hunter and nature lover himself, he constantly reaffirms his commitment to serving local produce and guaranteeing meat of exceptional flavour and high nutritional value. Thus, the specials board at La Winstub may well feature venison prepared as carpaccio or in medallions, fillet of wild boar, game pie with foie gras, or venison stew.
