 Tea Time by Le Chambard 

Chef Olivier Nasti has given free rein to Pastry Chef Jordan Gasco and Head Sommelier Jean-Baptiste Klein to create an exceptional afternoon tea experience in the pursuit of excellence.  

Pastry Chef Jordan Gasco serves mouthwatering pastries that strike at the heart of your taste buds.

With all the elegance of high-quality produce and a hearty injection of talent, he makes playful nods to childhood memories. These include the 100% Tahitian vanilla dessert, the Cabosse made with Venezuelan Criollo chocolate, the trompe-l'œil slice of kougelhopf, the Proust's madeleine revisited as a small cake filled with Vosges blueberries, a mousse infused with Earl Grey tea and a lemon cake with fresh blueberries and a blueberry jus.

Practical Information

Open daily from 10am to 6pm. 

Tea Time is served Thursday to Sunday from 1:30pm to 3:30pm, by reservation only. 

The Tea Time offer changes every week, thanks to our Pastry and Chocolate Chef, who takes advantage of his walks in the forest to develop the menu according to his pickings.

For Head Sommelier Jean-Baptiste Klein, Tea Time is much more than an experience, it's a journey.

The menu offers a selection of pure, precise, niche products. There's a selection of teas from around the world, and a selection of local organic juices as rare as they are delicious.

Le Salon is the opportunity to create an exclusive space for this exceptional culinary journey. In addition to afternoon tea, always served at a specific time of day, the space includes a dedicated bar and all-day snack menu featuring pastries and gourmet-style sandwiches.

 Le Salon welcome you in a contemporary, pared-back setting, bathed in natural light, thanks to its large arched windows, and in which exquisite decorative details, such as the ceramic walls, have been hand-crafted by an artist.
