Chocolate factory in Kaysersberg, Alsace
Skulptur, la Chocolaterie by Olivier Nasti and Jordan Gasco
In the charming Rue du Tir, welcomes you this chocolaterie, the new place for treats at Le Chambard.
The store called "Sculpture", that was born from a discussion between Olivier Nasti and his head pastry chef Jordan Gasco, is designed like a curiosity atelier, and lets the experienced palate discover delicious homemade creations.
In this new laboratory dedicated to chocolate in Kaysersberg, the Alsatian chef and Jordan Gasco, trained by a Master Chocolatier Meilleur Ouvrier de France, implement Le Chambard's values: listening to nature and following its rhythm with assortments that change according to the seasons and short·lived creations that surprise.

The treasures of the chocolate factory
Culinary pleasures and gourmet emotions await you as you discover the different ranges from the Chambard chocolate factory: “Tablettes” (Pure Origine, Incrustée or Gourmande), “Dragées” (with caramelised almonds and raisins infused with Marc de Gewurztraminer or Berawecka), “Bonbons Ganache and Praliné” (following the seasons, smoked with fir wood or prepared with honey from the establishment’s hives), “Pâtes de fruit”, “Pâtes à tartiner” and other “Plaisirs” such as Spritz biscuits, dark chocolate mendiants and orangettes…
As an inevitable wink to the craftsmanship of this house in Alsace, "Sculpture" unveils 6 versions of a Gugelhupf and two signature chocolates "Manala" (like the traditional man of the region), sweets combining vanilla marshmallows with caramel or hazelnut gianduja.
