Meet the Nasti family
Le Chambard is a family affair.
The story began in 2000, when Olivier and Emmanuel, two brothers united by their love of entertaining and sharing, took over this house with its century-long history. The former manages the kitchens, soon earning a first Michelin star in 2005, followed by the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 2007 and a second Michelin star in 2014 for the gastronomic restaurant.
As for Emmanuel, he creates a top-flight wine list, perfectly sublimating the flavors orchestrated by his brother in the dishes served at the restaurant. He will be moving on to new horizons in 2016, becoming the successor to the “Marchand de Vin Henner” brand.
As Maitre de Maison, Patricia Nasti, wife of Olivier the Chef, passionately puts together a top-of-the-range, 5-star service, thanks to a professional team entirely dedicated to customer comfort.
In 2015, the hotel will join the prestigious Relais & Châteaux network.
Olivier and Patricia, united around the life project that is Le Chambard, have shared their love of their profession with their children.
The eldest, Manon, is now involved in the family business, improving the service and accompaniment of guests in their charming experience at Le Chambard every day.
