The breakfast at Hotel Chambard in Alsace, located 15 minutes from Colmar, has earned its reputation through the exclusivity of local products we offer as well as the abundance and diversity of our buffet.
Every morning, a delicious breakfast is served at your table , in the private and restful setting of the dining room with stone walls and open beams.
Thanks to the variety of wholemeal flours used, all of organic origin, our products are healthy and rich in fiber and vitamins.

Our bakery is located on the site of Le Chambard and specialises in hand-crafted sourdough breads.
This natural fermentation process reflects Chef Olivier Nasti's commitment to serving superior quality products, with an incomparable taste and aroma. Using a variety of whole-grain organically sourced flours, our breads are wholesome, rich in fibre and packed with vitamins.
The Levain bakery is also the playground of our Pastry Chef, Jordan Gasco, who conjures up pastries and traditional sourdough kougelhopf.
In addition to traditional pastries, our breakfast buffet features chouquettes, rolls, Swiss breads, together with flans, crumbles and even pannacotta verrines.
Everything here is homemade, right down to the butter and the honey from the Chef's own hives. We also give pride of place to other local producers in the Colmar area, such as Mrs Ferber whose homemade jams are renowned throughout Alsace.
Alongside the abundance of pastries and sweet treats you'll find at Le Chambard breakfast buffet, we also offer a wide selection of local charcuterie and cheeses.
Enjoy organic Alsatian eggs, cooked to order, with a choice of bacon, mushrooms or cheese.
