The Chef's Book
The eponymous book “Olivier Nasti, Cuisinier Chasseur” by the chef and owner of Le Chambard, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, voted “Chef of the Year 2023”, has been available since November 20, 2024.
The book is an ode to the Chef's passion for hunting and the local terroir. Recognized as an ambassador of Alsatian cuisine, he shares his best recipes from his walks in the forest (around Lac Blanc) and immerses the reader in his world.

Skulptur chocolates
During the winter season, chocolates and other delicacies evoke the magic of Christmas and warm hearts. Le Chambard has its own “Skulptur” chocolate factory, where our Head Pastry Chef Jordan Gasco presents his creations in keeping with the seasons and his pickings in the forest.
